Every year, aspiring college students and high school graduates spend hours searching for scholarships and grants to help them pay for college, and after sorting through hundreds to find the few they actually qualify for, they have to apply for them.  The application process is certainly much easier than the fielding process, but it can also be the most dangerous time of all.  Mistakes made on those applications can cost time — and, if they are really badly done, money. Peace Corps

The Peace Corps, an American volunteer program run by the United States Government, has three primary goals: providing technical assistance, helping people outside the United States to understand US culture, and helping Americans to understand the cultures of other countries. The kind of work they do is carried out by volunteers who are deployed to foreign countries for a period of time, usually limited to five years but often much shorter. (more…)

Upgrade Your Career

Many people enroll in online education courses each year, but only some of them are seeking a complete degree when they do so.  Most online students currently continue to bring in college credits earned previously at traditional schools and are truly completing degrees that were started elsewhere, while others still are currently employed in the careers of their dreams, but just want a leg up by upgrading their skills to make themselves more valuable to their current companies.  The latter case makes lots of sense, for a wide variety of reasons.
